I was wondering if some 97 Tacoma parts from my local junkyard would fit on my 96 SR5 4Runner? I haven't seen the Tacoma so I don't know anything else about it. I just don't want to waste my time going there, since they charge just to walk in, if nothing will fit. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

 

Depends what parts are you looking for. They have a bunch of parts in common, especially from the B-pillar forward, but obviously the Tacoma doesn't have rear doors, seats, etc. The rear axle and suspension are different, but the front is the same. Any engine parts should fit, assuming both are either 4 or 6 cylinder of course.
