After doing a search, and coming up empty, could someone please post a list of the oversized oil filters (Toyota, Wix, Purolator, etc.) for the (3RZ-FE) 2.7L 4-banger? Any brand will work. Thanks!

I can tell you with all certainty that these filters will spin on and have the correct valving, bypass function, etc. I can't say for sure that they will fit due to space issues since I don't own a Tacoma w/ the 4 Banger. However, the same filters fit on the 3.4L V6 on both the Taco and the 4Runner. The same stock filter fits on both engines as well.

Amsoil has one too...I can't think of the model number off the top of my head...

 

In Fram alone there are several:
PH3614 - standard filter (¼qt size)
PH3600 - same diameter but longer (½qt size)
PH43 - same length but larger diameter (½qt size)
PH8A - longer and larger in diameter (1 qt size)
PH977B - larger diameter and longer than the PH8A (1½qt size)
Some of these numbers cross-reference to the same filter in other makes.
