Long story short, i have a new outer and inner tie rod that Austin (turboale) got for me at Tellico, he took mine off after he snapped his and ordered these from Advanced auto.

these did not come with a tierod to steering rack boot so ive been driving a little bit without a boot, and when i back up and turn left it kinda makes a noise.

They just got the boot and clamps in today at my dealership and im going to pick them up, but i hopefully didnt eff up my steering balljoint, still grease on it but i need to get the boot on.

any advice?

 

maybe i should be more specific, what kind of grease do i need to use?
