we have 2 toys( 1997 4runner4x4 and 2003 sequoia4x4) and a 1999 F-250 v-10, 4x4, limited slips front/rear.

351w, T-18, np205. sits on the side of the garage in disrepair, it pretty much just hauls wood nowadays. dad doesn't wanna fix it

 

How do you like that JGC? Is it the Laredo, or Limited? I'm looking at a 1999 limited right now, but not sure about JGCs.

I also assume you all offroad most of these 4x4s listed? (at least on occasion?)

 

My mom has a 02 VW Passat 4Motion... does that count?

 

The JGC hasn't been offroad - and if it does, it will be really simple stuff. It's a stock Laredo with tame tires, open diffs and 3.55 gearing. It's my pavement pounder for my sales job. I've put 25K miles on it since I got it last December (2002). I needed something to haul chair samples and 4WD for heading north in the snowy months. It's been OK - cheap to buy, OK mileage, good creature comforts (all options but leather, heated seats, auto climate control and changer) and only minor problems so far. I'd have preferred a 3rd Gen, but couldn't find a decent used one when I was looking.

 

I have a 85 chevy K10 4X4 with a plow.....305/auto all stock....jsut a plow truck.

jsut picked up a 84 S10 blazer 4X4 with a 94 LT1/th350 combo that should be some fun.

BTW for you non chevy guys the LT1 is a 350 V8 rated at 275HP, but with the mods this one has it should be around 300HP in a 2 door S10 blazer!!

85 Full size Blazer. 6.2 Detroit wheezing out of dual 3" straight pipe, one for each bank of pistons. ( i would hate to be behind me ). this is the tow rig/DD. has a mild lift (3" all arround), 33" bfg AT's on the stock ralley rims with the chrome ring (big time bling), 4 speed mated to a NP208 t-case. nice truck for what i use it for. a little too nice to be hitting the trails, though. its a pavement pounder.
