OME 881/906 installed - pics inside

Big thanks to the folks over at toyteclifts.com for talking me through the various options for new coils and shocks for my '02.

And a big thanks to YotaTech for leading me to OME and ToyTech.

I didn't realize how bad my ride had become over the course of 110K miles. Now I'm riding smooth and a bit higher.

The 4runner looks great! I see you have a body lift too...are you running wheel spacers also?

Nice rig... Did you do the work yourself? Can you give a list of what parts you used for the lift? My every day driver has 108k miles and I am looking to lift it soon just not sure what to use?

Bingo. Too many complaints makes men do things they don't want to do.

I decided it was a bit too much work for me, and it was 90+ degrees last weekend. Ended up paying about $200 for installation.

Initially I went to a Goodyear shop, and they wanted $580. I left.

Thanks. Yeah, I got a 2" body from WabFab (thanks again to these forums) early on. One of my first mods.

No wheel spacers; never had an issue that called for them.

Did you end up using a diff drop kit or just the coils/shocks?

No diff drop required, since its only a 2" lift. If you get the top spacers, then you'll need one.

The ride is nice now. Didn't notice how bad it had gotten over time. The shocks are OME 90004 and 60028
