Ok, ok, before you say SEARCH

I've got a tire question. haha.

Anyways, I'm looking at getting some new shoes for my truck. I've already searched and only came up with one thread that mentioned it once.

I'm looking for tall and narrow, metric tires.

I found BFG MT's that are 255/85 R16 that measure 33.4"!!! tall by 10" wide

They'd be a tight squeeze, but I might just get a BL to accomidate.

Any other sizes out there, I'm having a hard time finding them.

Super Swamper TSL, 9/34-16LT,
Super Swamper LTB, 34x10.50-16LT

those are the 2 off the top of my head, i know theyre not metric, but.....
might want to check out buckshots too, MT-762 Bighorn Radial (255/85R16) http://www.maxxis.com/products/autom...roduct_id=2621

now that i just re-read your thread, your looking for other sizes. you looking for taller the 255's or what?

I'm looking for tall and narrow, that's it. Super swampers are too agressive for what I need.

I'll probably end up getting the BFG MT's and a bl.

bfg makes a 33x10.5 I run it and it works great

you can get it in MT or AT

No one else with an all terrain seems to make this size, which is quickly becoming a cult favorite. The preunner guys like em becaus eyou get the 33" height without the spinning weight of 12.50's

The budget crawlers seem to like them because they fit with little lift.

Too bad goodyear doesn't make that size or I'd have MTR's

Also too bad firestone doesn't make the destination mt's in that size.

Yes, but I have 16 inch wheels. Dunlop makes two that size and BFG makes their MT that size. I really don't have too much of an option because of the 16 inch size, but oh well.

I am happy with the nitto terra grapplers myself. I have had them about 4 months but have probably put 600 miles on them since purchase. Check out www.tires.com price is alot cheaper then tire rack.

you weren't joking. Free shipping on in stock items. I am not sure if they stock a huge inventory, but damn.

There is a $75 rebate on 4 MTR

They have two 255s as well

I'm running 255/85/16 BFG MT's on my 4runner. They are a good size tire, tall and not too skinny. I would have went with 285's but they would probably rub a lot more.
