Oil Pump Q's

1. Does the oil pump in the 22RET flow more oil than the non turbo 22RE?

2. If the answer above is yes, can the turbo oil pump be put on a non turbo motor. I understand that the there are more oil passeges in the turbo block, but do they still bolt up the same?

3. Who makes a good oil pump that would be worthy to put on after a full engine rebuild?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, the turbo pump flows more oil than the non-turbo pump.

Yes, they are interchangeable.

Engnbldr can sell you one that won't set you back too much.

Cool. Thanks for the information. Is that the one that comes with a water pump for $75. Seems like a good deal. Anyone recomend anything different? I saw the pro pump from LC and I'm sure its quality, but I don't think I can part with $144.64 + shipping.
