whenever i start my truck (94Runner) the oil pressure stays at the top of the gauge and almost into the Danger zone ( FLY AWAY TO THE..... DANBER ZONE DANGER ZONE!!) sorry little musical break there, any ways, it stays high like that even around 2-2500 rpms for about the 1st 10-15 mins,i never really observed this before, and it just seems a little abnormal to me, is it just becuase im in Colorado (colder, high alt) or just needs to get pumpin? just dont wanna cause some crazy damage... the last time a checked it was registering fine on the dip stick, kinda hard to check since i park on a Hill at home so i cant just check it unless i go to a flat place... also, i went in and asked some tire place about coil overs for my truck and they told me they didnt carry any, any suggestions? Type, brand, location...etc.

first, what weight of oil are you running
and your truck has a torsion bar front suspension, as of now, no company makes coilovers for you, but there may be some kits in the making

 

im runnin 5W 30, just b/c that is what the guy who i bought it from has in there, im thinking about going to synthetic...
what about this "Downey Coils and Bilstein shocks for a 2nd Gen 4Runner
