Oil pick up tube to oil pump sealing

Can I use Permatex Ultra Black RTV to seal this connection or just go with a factory paper gasket?

I would go with paper...if sealant gets loose/breaks down can clog oil galley....

paper gasket is like $3.

getting silicone or air sucked into your oil pump = priceless
