Oil Leak Help

I was doing an oil change today and noticed I had a little oil leak. Towards the rear of the oil pan there is oil seeping out. The rear end plate had oil all over it but when I took it off and exposed the drive plate there was no oil on the back of the rear end plate or on the drive plate which leads me to believe that it's not the main. Also, the foam strip that is on top of the rear end plate is ripped apart. I want to replace the oil pan gasket and the foam strip. Is there any way to find the part numbers for these parts? (the dealer where I live is not helpful) Thanks

Automatic, V6, 2000 Tacoma Prerunner.
