Oil In Airbox

I have a 1997 4Runner Limited with 3.4 Liter. I have a lot of oil in airbox. I have never owned a car that has done this. No it is not from an Amsoil air filter or K&N. It is puddled in it. The Oil catch can on the air filter was completlely full of oil, not sludge, oil. So I took the PCV valve out cleaned it up real good, it was not real dirty. The PCV lines have no runny oil just the typical build up crusty sludge stuff. So I have ruled out PCV system. I did a fresh oil change. I emptied the catch can and cleaned it real good. I drove about 60 miles last night. I took the catch can off this morning and it was already about half full. The engine was not overfilled with oil and has correct amount of oil. At this point I am thinking either Valve seals or piston rings, Wat do you guys think? I just bought this 4Runner, this sux! I do have a 3month/3000 mile powertrain warranty, so I am hoping that whatever my problem is this will cover it.

Not going to be able to diagnose it on the internet. i would have it looked at before the warranty runs out.

You got 2 threads going on this now? Just take it in and get it fixed under warranty.
