Can someone with an OEM cat on their 2nd gen 4runner measure the length of it for me. I am redoing the exhaust but need the measurement so I dont short myself when I weld on the new flange. The mesurement I need is from flange to flange (the outside edges of the flange). Toyota only has part numbers, no measurements. Thanks a million in advance.

Ummmm.... just went out in the rain to measure mine. I'll gove you the measurement if you post a pic of how the wires connect to your rear window defroster...

18-1/4" out to out. The link above is for the 22RE I think. Mine is 3VZE V6.
