I really like the sound of the 350z,it has a nice growl without being too loud.
Would this muffler work on my 3rd gen 3.4,and do you think it would sound similar? TIA

 

Im sure you could make it fit, but it will not sound anything like it. - too many factors involved.

 

i agree with phorunninduke. Your muffler is only one aspect of many of how your vehicle is going to sound. your headers, pipe bends, cams, valves...all effect how your car sounds..if your looking for a low growl maybe a flowmaster 30 series is for you

 

Thanks guy's,I might end up going with the Jardine Cat back set up,that price is hard to ignore.

 

I agree that the 350 is one of the sweetest sounding cars but like the other fellas said it probably wouldnt work with just the muffler. Same reason why a muffler will make that sweet sound on a v8 but not on our v6.
