I've delt with them on a number of occasions and so far have been quite happy with them...I've got a K&N intake, precharger, headers, crossover, catback and other service related parts (CVs etc) from them as their maintenance stuff is cheaper then alot of places around here. MY dad's gotten springs and airbags and compressors/control units and the same stuff I have for his Runner and has been happy so far Am picking up new springs from them next week...But if you do a search there seem to be quite a few out there who don't like them.

They are okay. I have ordered only once from them, but have called them to order, but changed my mind several times. I've changed my mind once because their phones were messed up, and i needed a part quickly, so i couldn't wait, not their fault. But the other 2 times, the sales person was very short with me, and was bordering on rude. I didn't like their tones, so i didn't purchase. Their parts seem good. I just didn't care for their service.

might want to do a search and check the vendor feedback section. I think there's alot about them there. what I know is they are quite "proud" of their inventory and like to charge alot for it. $6 for a catalog and $80 for a piece of hose with fitting on it for a diff extension? no thanks.

I've read many horror stories about how they have terrible customer service after you buy thier products, and should you have a problem, they don't want to help. Some say NWOR stands for "No Warranties Or Returns"
