NTK/NGK oxygen sensor fitment

Has anyone replaced their oxygen sensors with NTK or NGK part no. 24554 or similar? The sensors are advertised as direct OEM fit, however, the NTK’s connector doesn’t seem to match the OEM oxygen sensor’s connector, and the length of the NTK's wiring is shorter then the OEM. I have verified that I have the correct part no. for my 1999 4runner. Any help will be quite appreciated!

Use OEM. I have read several posts on here (Search feature) that non-OEM's just don't work the same and can sometimes not sense properly, throwing codes.

NGK plugs are just about as good as OEM ones for our trucks...I dont see why NGK o2 sensors would be different

if the plug doesn't match you have the wrong sensor. period.

probably you have an O2 sensor where your vehicle needs an Air Fuel sensor.

triple check, by taking vin to dealer, and do part lookup
