Yeah, my owners manual says you can go 103 mph in 4HI. Just the same as 2HI. You just have to be under 50 when you shift into 4HI.

oh, another question. Can you get to 110 in 4th gear (overdrive)? I have to have mine in 3rd to get that high. If its in OD, it will get to 97 and stop, and if i get above that on a downhill, it slows me down. I have heard that it has both soft and a hard limiter, but i guess it doesn't limit 3rd gear.

I saw speedometer go up to 110 mph and maybe several miles more, but it is rather difficult to tell since there are no markings after that. At this time I felt governor slowing me down and well, I didn't really push it any futher past that. After all, I just was testing my tire balancing to see it holds well to the limit

I've driven all the way to redline in 3rd gear with 4wd on. Nothing wrong with that. Now if I click the little button above 50mph, yeah it will beep at me. I've even driven with the rear locker up to 100mph.... in a strait line.
did you know that it is a good idea to turn 4WD on the freeway every few weeks for 4-5 miles to spin the gears? Most people who own runners use 4wd once or twice a year. you have to spin them gears from time to time.
