noise in 4wd

I just recently bought a 1994 reg cab 22re yota. When I put it into 4H i get a loud noise/vibration above 25mph. I'm not sure if it's there in 4L. The manual says to check the torque of the driveline bolts....where are these?
I just changed the transfer case oil and that didn't help. Should I change the front diff fluid also? How do I check the u-joints?

Thanks for the help ....I'm new to the 4x4 world!

Driveline bolts are the bolts connecting the driveshafts to the transfer case and diff flanges, 4 bolts at each end of both shafts. I don't have the exact torque specs but I would make sure they are as tight as you can get them with a wrench.
As for the u-joints if you grab the driveshaft with one hand on each side of the joint and twist in opposite directions there should be no play in the joint.
And I would go ahead and change tho oil in both diffs, unless you know for sure it's been done recently.
