No Red 4Runners Anymore
What's up with Toyota not making any red 4Runners any longer? I have an '02 and it seems like when they changed the body style, they got rid of the red. What's the deal?

You eastern boys can duke it out...But out here in the west, there's only one color to have.

But since mine is green metallic, it naturally needs to be repainted.

I like the bright red 3rd gen's. But I don't think that color would look good on a 4th...

Funny you mentioned it. I read somewhere where they had a study on which color was most prone to accidents and silver was at the top. The safest color? They concluded it was white.

I've never seen a red 4th gen... I didn't realize they made any in red.
yeah yeah yeah, I know, red is contrversial (either you love it or hate it), but I couldn't just follow in the footsteps of all you POSERS out there so I had to be different and do an ALL RED 3rd gen runner (as opposed to an Oh-So-Tired All-Black one). In preference of best looking, I'd have to pick Black, then Red, then Green, then Silver, then White, and BLUE is last in my book. Oh, and ONLY monochromatic. No two tone yucky stuff.
You gotta admit, there's not many solid red 3rd gens out there, and only one 99 comes to mind
