No gauge or Running lights

I have an 02 tacoma 4wd double cab w/ 3.4. I plugged in an old boat trailors 4 prong light harness to my truck to fix the lights on the trailor. After an hour of re-establishing a good ground, checking light bulbs, and pricking wires in search of power, I finally gave up for the evening. I dropped the trailor so i could leave and noticed my tacoma had no gauge or running lights. No fuses are blown nor any tail light bulbs. Any help as to what this could be would be great

Better check your fuses again.

Poking holes in insulation of wires most often leads to replacing the trailer harness.

Re-wiring my trailer lights is not a big deal to me but having an electrical problem with my truck is. I checked all my fuses again with a test light and all were good under the hood and inside cab. I can hear the tail-light relay in the engine compartment fuse box working as I twist the light switch stem. I have NO power to the wire that goes to the running lights in the rear as checked at the rear of the truck. Could the problem be in my interior fuse box even though there is power across each fuse?
