Looking for a New Ride

Hi my name is Isaac and I have just recently totalled my nissan pathfinder, so now im on the prowl for a new ride. Im looking for a 4 door suv and have always liked 4Runners. i would love to get an 80's 4Runner but the bank wont loan out on something that ols so I would be looking for a 98-02. Is there any relaibility issues with any of these years? Are there any maintence issuse that I should know about eg, timing belt etc. What kind of MPG can I get? What does the aftermarket look like? What size tires can I run stock. Any thing you can tell me about this model would be great as it will help me decide in what I get next thanks.

Isaac

for one i would suggest searching.

i would look for a 96-02 runner, the only thing is with the v6 the timing belt needs to be changed like every 80k miles or something like that. you will prolly get around 20mpg combined, maybe a little more or a little less.

265/75/16 is the biggest size you can run stock.

Its the best suv i have ever owned.
