New inner tie rod ends - one not like the other.

Hi - I'm replacing some parts on the front of my 99 4runner. I have two new inner tie rod ends (both Import Direct). One, that I've already installed, moves around with minimal effort applied. The other one, not installed takes a lot of force to move. If I hit it against the ground, it will move a little bit. Maybe it just needs to be "broken in". The concern is that I have two new parts that have vastly different beginning "behavior". Any thoughts on which is more normal and if I should avoid using one or the other is appreciated.

Thanks

Just watched some youtube, and it looks like the one that doesn't move is the good one. The one that moves with minimal effort is likely no good.

The joint should be pretty stiff when new.
