New to the forums...Having a missfire problem i cant finger out

First off Id like to say hello from Wilmington NC.I have been lurkin on and off between a few different sites for tech help when i needed it.Well its time and I think this is the correct choice. Now down to the nitty, gritty. My journey started in 1997 with the purshase of a 4 Runner Limited. This has been the BEST car in my garage for being driven daily(228,000 and change on the OD).Up until now there hasnt been anyhting i couldnt trouble shoot or fix on my own(of course with a manual and code reader)and a killer set of tools.I have ran into a problem and need some fresh input,I have developed a miss and my code reader points to a missfire on cylinder 2.Now the problem i looked at the plug(replaced them in Oct.)& it looked great.Checked the wires(good readings and checked out with a spark tester.(Also replaced in Oct.)Coil packs check out,and thats where im stuck.Im thinking the Injector in cylinder 2 is bad or fowled so i have already put some Lucas cleaner in a fresh tank((today). So im asking for someone to point me to another cause for a single cylinder to missfire?Any help would be great as my girlfriend drives this to work and its driving her crazy to be in such a nice ride thats running like junk.thanks people.

Sorry for the long delay but the codes i got Are P0300,0301,0302,0303.So by the book i get a random misfire, misfire on cylinders 1,2&3.Just cleaned the MAF and waiting on the ECM to reset(unpluged battery).Cross the fingers and hope this works.I would hate to set fire to my toyota..LOL J/K.

Turns out its 4 bad injecters,After I replaced the coilpacks, and fuel filter I broke out the engineOscope to listen for vacum leaks and TADA super loud ticky ticky tick comming from the trouble cylinders. So at $120 a pop im guessing i have my weekend hammered out for me with a 6 pack of injecters and a case of Barqs rootbeer.
