How about this lift with OME shocks to go with it? Will I need anything else with it?

Or i was thinking just new shocks and a cornfed 1" spacer lift. The price difference isn't much I just don't know how high I really want it to sit, being my daily driver.

For heated seats, any of your local stereo shops will be able to do that, since you already have leather. Last time, a shop quoted me ~$200 for two seats.
Thanks just called and I can get it done for $199

edit: $199 for the kit +$440 for labour he just called me back... Maybe I'll buy the kit do everything I can myself then get it finished by an upholsterer.

The best thing you could do is call toytec and talk to Doug. He answered all of my questions in about 10 seconds and I ordered it right there on the phone - super convenient, and he knows what he's talking about. If it's not your trail rig and you want to run stock tires, I'd stick with 881/906 springs, but that's just me (closer to 2" than 3" of lift). Give him a call and he'll help you figure out what you want faster than we can here, and he won't rip you off (see if he'll price match if you want). I have a '97 limited with that spring combo and I'd do it again. Check the link in my signature line for my profile with pictures.

As far as the tires, you should already have 265/70/16's, which is pretty equivalent to 31/10.50 in actual size. Check on your driver door jamb tag and it will tell you what is stock.

Also, I looked on ebay last year for seat heaters - didn't seem to expensive or difficult, just time consuming (hence the $440 labor charge).

edit: To answer your question: If you go 2" you don't have to do anything else.

You can buy the seat heater on ebay then install them yourself (there are a few threads on this). Get some hog rings and plier (cheap items) and spend and afternoon doing it.

Your truck looks good that's exactly what I want, the tired factory springs need to be replaced and I'll get a bit more aggressive look out of it. I do have 265/70/16's on it they're ready to be replaced soon so I'll stick with the stock size and get some nicer (oops big typo almost said "ricer") rims after winter as long as these tires are fine on the ice.

By spring I should have a pile of engine parts ready to go in and hopefully a SUPERCHARGER!

What should I do engine performance wise? It's mostly street right now which means deep snow and lots of ice where I'm from. Once I've retired my '83 pickup or I buy a newer one this will be for the trails as well.
youll hav to put a bigger lift inb the rear.. i have a 98 and did a 2.5 all the way round.. didnt solve the sagging.. soo what I did was went to a local junkyard and got 2 98 landcruiser rear coils, and a spare spacer.. that solved that.. (not to mention the beafy landcruiser springs make a niiiice soft ride on and off road)

sounds good.. ive heard alot of good things about OMEs.. sure you dont wanna go bigger... 2.5 front and 3 rear...
and it depends on the sagg you have in the back.. 2.75 might be a little to much with only 1.5 in the front, but its all about what will make it level. or even have the front lower than the rear (reverse the sagg) ive seen that alot
