Need Help on Vacuum Line!

I replaced the head on my 1996 4Runner, 3.4L. Anyway, everything is back
together but don't know where one vacuum line goes.

On the underside of the throttle body there are two water lines and one vacuum line port. I installed the two water lines, but do not know where the other end of the air line goes! Don't have the line so I have no idea where this line originates.

I supplied vacuum to it and the truck idles, when not connected the truck will not idle.

Any help is appreciated.

That vacuum line connects to a plastic Y shaped connector that has a smaller hose connecting to a nipple on each side of the lower intake manifold. The nipples are on the fire wall side near the back of the fuel rails.
