Hey guys,
My bud just called me from tucson and he's broke down.
01 runner. 3.4 v6
Key in on position.......hears a loud buzzing sound coming from a relay box on the passenger side.
Key to crank........nothing.... Like dead battery....no power locks either.
Geez..... Sounds like a dead battery to me. Just checking to seenif anyone had any pearls of wisdom.

I've got him going back to jump it and to head straight to his point of purchase of his current battery.

Check all the basics first especially battery terminals. Could be loose terminal connections or dead battery. Those are the first two simple things I would check.
