Need help finding VSS and Reverse Wire

Need help finding VSS and Reverse Wire
hey everyone!
I need help locating 2 wires. Does anyone know where the reverse wire is? A wire that is + when I shift into reverse. The next wire is a VSS wire, I know I can get it off the ECM, but i'm not sure where the ECM is. Also they say i can get the vss from behind the dash. If both wires are located behind the dash then i rather use that one!
this is for a 2000 4runner sport edition
