Need 4wd help

I just put a new (used) engine, transmission/transfer in the runner. When I plugged my ADD vaccum hoses up and switched into 4wd the indicator blinks on/off rapidly. I tried switching the lines but the light would come on at all. I checked the front drive shaft and it will engage but back in 2wd it won't disengage. When I swapped hoses it disengaged. Maybe i have a clogged line or incorrect vaccum hoses somewhere? PLEASE HELP!!!

Disable the ADD and put in manual hubs...I really don't know how else to check it/fix it.
