Wood or no wood?

I just did a search about the wood and see that it can be removed with a little heat. I found a couple pictures without the wood. What do you guys think looks better, wood or no wood?

I usually don't like wood but it looks nice in your photo- the wood and black leather look good. The wood warms up the interior a bit.

I would live with it for awhile to see how you settle in...you can always take it off later.

Come on Nathan, HATE is such a strong word! Feel the love! OK, I have another question (again, I don't have an owners manual, ordered one from the dealer but won't get it for a few days) In the cargo area there is a door, what, if anything is supposed to be inside?

maintenance

I just got a print out from the dealer of all the maintenance done on the 4Runner. It was taken there for all of the regular maintenance until 60,000 when the PO didn't have the scheduled maint. done, just an oil change and lube. I plan on changing the plugs, flushing coolant, and replacing all the dif. oil as soon as the weather breaks. I'll have the transmission flushed at the stealer. Anything else that needs attention at 80,000 miles? Valve lash adj? Should I put in new cap, rotor, wires? Thanks for any advice!

look at the sticky in the maintenance section, I think you next major check up is at 90K (belts, waterpump etc)
