I finally found and bought a 4runner locally. Its a 2000 limited 4x4 with the diff lock. It has has 95,000 miles. My question is what kind of service stuff should I do right now?

I've got the same ride. Knowing what I know now, I would(if your mechanical), pull off the tranny pan and clean it and the filter....replace your rear inner axle seals with napa seals(make sure the napa seals are green around the outer edges), grease your drivetrain ujoints, put the beefier tundra brakes and calipers on the front....i'll update as I find stuff to be fixed!

what kind of maintenance was performed prior to you getting it? knowing that would help out a lot...

Thats my problem. I bought it as a trade in from a dealer and there were no records with it. I had Toyota check it out and everything came back good. I was just trying to find out any things that toyota may not check very throughly.
I'm going to do most of the stuff that is recomended for the 90,000 mile service.

Congrats, that's the first thing I thought about when I got my used 99 SR5 in March. Maybe the car is in good condition, but I just feel there must be something that can be repaired since it's a used vehicle. my toyota dealership told me to bring it back when I get my 1st oil change.

Texas Ace is correct, I have had the same problems searching for ones I know are right here. Welcome to yotatech, and don't worry about the grumps.

i thought this was helpful, found it in the write-ups section:
https://www.yotatech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=76317

deals with fluids mostly but also mentions some other helpful things to check down the line, and with 90k it's stuff you might want to look at.

when i got my '98 at 62k i had the coolant flushed for starters and i'm in the process of converting over to all amsoil synthetic fluids. i'm putting my tundra breaks on in a couple weeks and i'll flush out the breaks with new toyota fluid when i do it. i'm not a mechanic so i'm sure there are plenty of other things to look at drivetrain-wise, but also check your belts and hoses just to be safe. just a few things off the top of my head.
