My 4runner sounds like a sprinkler!!!

What's up everyone? So this noise I'm hearing at idle has been annoying the crap out of me for the last few months! When idling my ride sounds like a sprinkler, ya know the old ones that go tss tss tss tss tss and then spin back around. I thought it sounded like a tensioner or pulley but I'm not sure. I did just have the timing belt, idler pulley, and tensioner replaced and it still makes this noise!! Any input on this would be much appreciated! Thanks.

over or under torqued idler pulley would be my initial guess-if you are tech savvy can you post up a video link with audio?

Resurrecting this one...

Could over- or under-tightening the alternator belt make such a sound? I've got a similar noise under my hood. Sigh.

Hey everyone thanks for all the replies. I've been shopping ISP's so I haven't had service for a bit. Anyway, I think I've narrowed the problem down to my Valve Clearence. I think it was wishful thinking that it could be something other than the lifters/valves. On the brightside, 3rd Gen Runners use solid lifters so instead of having a collapsed lifter and having to totally replace it, I can, most likely, do a simple(HA!) height adjustment.
