The rims require SS a'arms because of the spacing. They were kinda a big bia to get local so I had em' shipped from some other dealers that had stock. They say you can't order gunmetal anymore... but that's my dealer. Irbis will ship the rear bump to your door for 200+price of product (that's a bumper sprayed rattle black and ready to go). I blasted and powdered mine. Last time I checked he had one more with no plans to make others. I was not about to drive to get one custom made nor dump my rig for a few weeks: this was the result. The front is not for sale by any shop, my HVAC guy and I made it in our spare time over a month. We started with a TJM-17 ordered from Steve and cut the thing up. Yeah, that's a M8000 (exposed: it looks bigger). I'm just waiting for the SYN line and dumping the cable.
Your Right I guess... I'm not done

Awesome rig man. I wish I ran across those rims before I got the black DC-1's. The cepeks look great too though. How are you liking the SS setup? I have the same one and am loving it. Go Aggies...

Daaaammmmnnnn that thing looks incedible! Love the TRD wheels with the anthracite 4Runner (same color as mine). Now, I must see pics of you bashing on it.

Those cruiser coils do give quite a rake, don't they...

x2 on the bashing.

The rake doesnt bother me at all, i think it looks quite good actually and gives it a mean looking stance. Also, i'm looking at the ss #1 lift with the cruiser coils myself. I am a little concerned that i will have too much rake when i lift mine because i wont have a heavy aftermarket rear bumper. From his website, steve recommends that you AT LEAST retain the factory trailer hitch with this lift, but a heavy duty bumper is recommended. I guess i'll have to wait till i can afford one or get some help welding one up. Once again, Vermejo, your ride looks sick and its causing me to reach for my wallet and stop procrastinating ordering my lift and tires!

I'll bash the thing and take some pics: will hurt me more than the rig. Around here things get nasty quick. Thanks for the feedback.

Do those wheels fit w/o issue or did you have to modify/buy anything to make them work? They look awesome BTW. I was happy w/ my 3rd gen stock wheels until I saw this thread.

Nice Rig Vermejo! It's always good to see another modified 4Runner from the Land of Enchantment.

You could add another bamachem spacer from Sonoran Steel and it would level you off more! I wasnt fond of the raked look, I'm not a top fuel dragster. I opted for 3" front and 3.? because I left in the rear coil cones too, not the coils have settled a bit after 1.5 years.

Aaron,
How are your CVs?? Have you had to replace many? Being in FL I don't suspect you do TOOO much articulation, but most guys won't run that height w/o putting in selectable hubs due to CVs blowing left and right...

Now I am starting to consider not painting my rims black but getting the color matched to the rest of the Runner.

Great Looking Rig You Got There.

Again I envy you!

Great looking truck and especially the colors.
That rear lift height looks excessive and dangerous if you've got to swerve at high speeds.
Could be time for one of those stickers.............If you can read this....turn me over ! lol!
