Man. or Auto 4Runner...3.0 L or 3.4L???

Man. or Auto 4Runner...3.0 L or 3.4L???
Hey guys, did they stop making the 4Runner in a manual transmission? 
And if so....what year? I am looking for a 5-speed for my wife and I'm not having any luck! I know they don't make any Double Cab Tacomas in manual....but what about the Runners? We are looking for something with the 3.4L...Also, can anyone tell me when the started the 3.4s? The 3.0s SUCK!!!! 
Was it in 99 that they started the 3.4s???? Any help would be GREAT!!!!

96 4runners started the 3.4l
thats easy to remeber because its also the same year OBD II started
ive seen third gens up to 2001 with a 5 speed...but thats only what ive SEEN..not of all whats out there.
im pretty sure there aren't any 4th gen runners with manuals

maybe i'm wrong, but i thought 2000 was the last year for manual on 4runners.
96-02 is the 3.4L, the newer ones have either a 4.0L or 4.7L, but only have auto.
i actually heard that they might bring the 6spd manual to the 4runner in 1 or 2 years? i dont know though.
