I need to remove the outer moulding on the drivers side to repaint it, so befor I do anything I will regrett I was wondering if there are some helpfull hints. I need to do the drivers door and the rear passenger door.

 

Push and pull with your fingers till you get break from the body and pull it off nice and easy. The trail ripped off part of mine and caused no damage to the detached trim.
