Lowering Springs/ coilovers???

I've got the bilstein shocks and struts, and bought the performance products rear springs to raise the sagging back end. However, the gap from wheel well to the tire is a good 8". I'm trying to find a good set of lowering springs, or even better coilovers if anyone makes a setup for the 4runner. Trying to get the rims to look bigger, without buying new ones, so a 1-2" drop would be nice. I know performance products makes a 1" drop setup, but that won't give me the look I want. Any s uggestions?

so let me get this straight, you bought rear lift springs but want to lower it now? if you're wanting to lower the truck you best bet is to get a hold of jasonb here on the boards, he can special order lowering springs from japan which would give you the 2" drop your looking for. i can tell you right now that it is not cheap, he quoted me a while back and it was like 1200 for just springs. right now im contemplating just cutting my stock coils, to get a few inches out of it. also, from what i have been told, the adjustable panhard bar is not necessary for lowering the truck. also ive heard that the bilstein coilovers for the front can acutally lower the truck a couple inches, but that still leaves you with having to lower the rear. whichever way you go please send me pics if you lower it.

$1200 is rediculous (JDM is sooo overated);I think Eibach makes a set and I'm sure they're under $300.

Any updates here? I know most people here lift their rigs for trail use, but there's a real dearth of info here if you want to go the other way and make your truck more streetable.
That being said, I just installed the PP 1-in lowering springs a few months ago and once they settled they in fact lowered my ride 1" (I actually measured). Although I have a 96 and evidently they made these early model trucks an inch taller than the 98+ models, so....
