Lovger cv boot/ R&P bushing

Anybody know of a good place to get a longer cv boot? Also on are 96 runner we replaced the big rack bushing and that didn't do anything to help. So I was wondering if any of you guys have done the whole bushing kit and did it help?
Thanks

There are countless threads on the steering rack bushings, even recently:

Why are you looking for a longer CV boot? Leaking grease?

Thanks for the link. That gave me a better idea. The reason for the longer cv boot is that we keep riping them. I saw them on all pro's web site, but I was seeing if some one know of a better site?

Check out Off Road Solutions.

http://www.offroadsolutions.com/prod...conversion.htm

•High Angle CV Boot Kit - Inner CV Joint
$46.95/side - '95.5-'04 Tacoma, '96-'02 4Runner, '99-'05 Tundra
These CV boots have been completely re-designed to work with high angle applications, such as lifted vehicles. The boot stretches further over the joint and the bellows are placed further apart to keep them from contacting, extending the life of the boot. Kit includes 1 boot, 2 clamps, and CV joint grease, 2 kits needed per vehicle. These boots will work with the original axles or the ORS Manual Hub Conversion. With tulip shaped CV joints the use of the original boot sealing flange is required. Note: Boots now come in red, not black.

Also have a look at the All Pro boot.

TACOMA LONG TRAVEL INNER C.V. BOOT

We recommend the use of these long travel C.V. boots in lifted applications. The small end (axle side) of the boot will tightly fit on stock Tacoma axles without requiring a clamp. The large end (CV side) fits over the flange portion of the stock boot and is tightened with a clamp.

Tacoma CV Boot $29/ea 3501T-AP-CV
CV Side Clamp $5/ea 3501T-AP-CV-C
