Loud creaking sound at full lock?
Hey guys signature is below, have a problem when i try to back out of my driveway or make a u-turn, there is a loud creaking sound, really sounds like something is rubbing (metal to metal). Will take a look underneath this afternoon. Any ideas?

It's just the steering stopper bolts making contact with the lower A-arm.
They come with little plastic caps from the factory to quiet the noise, but those quickly deteriorate, and fall off.
Just put a little grease on the bolts periodically, to minimize the creaking sound.
The bolts are there to prevent you from turning the wheels too far, and damaging the CV-joints.

Steering stops
Do a search on the forum for "steering stops." A little piece of rubber has -er- rubbed away from the steering stop on the knuckle and the metal is rubbing agin' the frame.
NBD unless the noise offends you. Either get new stops from the stealership, or dab a bit of grease on the ends.
There are tons of pixx here in the forum for what's wrong and how to fix, but the bottom line is that it's not fatal.
