That's how I feel when I go wheeling with the guys on Colorado4x4.org. All Jeeps all the time with an old fullsize Chevy or an early Bronco thrown in.

Several of their rigs constantly belch blue smoke like in your picture. Someone invariably breaks a U-joint on their sorry Dana front axles and we all have to wait for a trail repair to happen. But I still have fun when I go with them.

Edit: I want to add this to...

In August at the CO4RJ we were worried because there were about 300 Fullsize Jeeps ( like those huge old Wagoneers) in town and running the same trails we were. There were concerns of the trails being clogged with busted old Jeeps and of the tiny town we were staying in running out of gas since a typical FSJ gets about 4 MPG offroad. As it turned out all the FSJs we saw all weekend were parked, Most had their hoods up fighting overheating and other mechanical problems. I never saw one moving on the trail.

Haha, looks like how alone I used to be back in highschool 4 wheeling. See, when your 17, if its 4wd and runs it was a good deal...well I was driving an '86 S10 Ext cab 4wd...do you have any idea how terrible they do offroad? And, the only real solution is a suspension lift ($1500 at the time, much more than I had). So, long story short, I threw on a body lift, some 31's and let the Jeeps and Toyotas pull me out on a weekly basis

My my my, how times have changed

When I went wheel the other day I had the only Jap vehicle in 30 Landrovers.

Soon wiped the smirks off the faces when I pulled a couple out!!

Next Saturday the 28th i'm going with some Jeep guys again. I'll be sure to take some pictures of things through the clouds of oil smoke. It should be snowy and there will be Texans there. That's always an interesting combination from what I have seen on the ski slopes. Should be never a dull moment.
