Limited Slip Diff Question . . .

Limited Slip Diff Question . . .

I have an 04 Tundra with the Limited Slip Differential, my question is, what, if anything, will wear in there? Do I need to worry about it? The reason I ask is because when I take hard left or right turns from a stop, I almost always squeel the tires and I wonder if, like a clutch, something is wearing every time the tires "hook-up"?

there are spring loaded clutch packs..... they do wear out... but normally its nothing to really worry about.... its normal.... i have heard of them losing effectiveness, but never completely going out

even if it does go out, the truck still works. no biggie, and an easy enough task to replace it, that you can do it at home
