limit straps on pro comp rear kit

All right guys, my Pro Comp rear kit came with limit straps. They do their job a little too well. My rear articulation sucks. Now, can I yank those limit straps or are they there to prevent losing my coil and/or binding? I would like to lose them if I can, but not if it's gonna create problems. Any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

well usually limiting straps are there to prevent coils from falling out, axle going to far and tipping out the spring. the only way they could be inhibiting your flex is if they were too short. I dont have any ideas, let someone else give you a better answer
