light wiring help.

I git my lights installed on my roofrack yesterday. there is only one question i have on the wiring, i nne to run a wire from the switch to the headlight circut, so that the light cant come on unless the headlights ae too. Which wire do i tap into on the headlights. The three wires have different color stripes on them. I dont have a test light or volt meter or anyhting like that here at school, and i dont feel like buying on jsut for this. Any help would be appreciated

Multimeter

A multimeter comes in handy for numerous things around the rig and house. I would suggest using now as an excuse to invest in one. You'll be glad you have one some time down the road. You can pick up an inexpensive one at Radio Shack, Lowe's, Home Depot etc for less than $30 I imagine.

The lights look
