I dont know how I missed this thread .. but yeah out of all the times I got stuck that is the best one ... you guys left out the part of how the inside cabin was filling up with water on the passenger side, and how the chick with me (what was her name again?) at the time was freaking out ...

I was stuck inside and everyone kept telling me "it's not that bad" .. it was only after I saw the pics that I saw how bad it was. The inside smelled like swamp water, my navigation, amps, subs, tv's all fried. I took it to a detail shop and stood there for 8 hours as he tried to get the smell out. Finally i just called up katzskin had them redo my whole interior .. the carpet on the floor was still good ... I pulled out the entire interior and dried the whole thing up nice and clean .. put in a new nav, and stereo, but I left out the tv's this time. The engine went storng, never had a problem with it ... also it had one of those K&N FIPK intakes .. which is probably why it did take in water in the first place. Many lessons learned on this trip.

When you say you had katzskin redo the whole interior, what did they do? Just the seats and door panels? I thought thats all they did. Im planning on getting them to do my seats and door panels, but if I can customize some other stuff, that would be cool.

well thats all there is really .. they removed the old leather off the seats, and cleaned off the muddy water that got in them .. and then redid them. Theey also threw in free seat heaters on the front seat. The doors came off, and were cleaned, and then the leather was redone on the doors. The whole carpet was removed, and the metal part underneath was cleaned off, including the wiring. The carpet was then reshampoed. The truck smelled brand new when I got it back from them.

Well, I didn't have any stuck pics when this tread was started but now I do. The snow was like ciment. I was floating on top but as soon as I broke threw I was screwed. It doesn't look bad but in fact I am bottomed out on sold ice front and rear. To a 70's Chevy on 40" swampers to get me out.

I guess this would be my worst stuck I have photos of. This is my current rig and it was 3 weeks to the day after I bought it so it's still nearly stock. It caved the passenger door in as that's what the truck is sitting on. If it wasn't for the wall the door was resting on, I'd of completely flopped it. Oh well

I've also sunk it deep enough in quiksand that the bumpers didn't show but didn't have a camera to take some pics. That was actually my worsty stuck. 9 hours of diggin and 2 broken Blazers runnin 38's later, I'm out and headed home to rest.

That's why I got my winch. Got stuck in the woods at 12:30 at night and the passenger a-hole that went home to get his jeep never came back!!! It was 9am the next day (after spending the night in the woods and pouring rain) when I got on my mountain bike that just happened to be riding in the back of the runner and road it out to the street and found a toothless hillbilly with a heavy duty come-along to get me out. The winch will make sure that'll never happen again!

Got a stuck pic of my truck The guy in the Bronco II got stuck so I drove around him, got the strap out, yanked a couple times and got stuck myself. The snow was crappy as hell with the sun beating down on it and being fairly warm out. The Toyota in the background came up, yanked me back then yanked the Bronco II back. We all turned around after that but the 3 other trucks got stuck a bunch more times.

Ummmm...Mazdas don't count. That's what they do naturally.

I got stuck on a big ol' stump once.

I don't consider being buried up to the frame rails in mud or snow being stuck. That's only a minor inconvenience in my book.

Showing only your lack of ingenuity, lack of wheeling ability, or failure to bring a shovel(or any combination of such). All of which being perfectly good reasons to be highly embarassed for your lack of foresight.
