Leaking ganjo bolt on 98 4runner

Having a current issue on my 98 4runner i replaced the injectors and that went smooth no leaks. But soon as I get everything back and installed for some reason my I'm having a leak on the ganjo bolt going into the fuel line. Figured maybe the crush washers might need replacing so I did that and no matter how tight I get it, it continues to leak in the same area. Any thoughts?

Possibly a nick in the receiver of the BANJO bolt, or the banjo bolt itself.. Also, never ever reuse the crush washers. Something like this, use new crush washers every time you even loosen the banjo bolt off for some reason. You need to have a pile of crush washers for a project like this. Also, make sure you use the correct type. Brass, aluminum, whatever. I go my dealer's part's department, and make sure they give me a bag of 10 for every one called out for in the parts pictures in the dealer's computer. That way I KNOW I have enough for whatever happens.

Good luck to ya!
