Question leaf spring centering bolt???

I want to remove the 1 inch helper/add-a-leaf spring and the top of the bolt that sticks/drops down through the leafs is ROUND. How do I remove the nut on the bottom of the bolt on the underside of the leaf spring without the bolt spinning/turning as I try to loosen the nut??????? Do I have to use vise-grips or something simular?? The head of the bolt is not hex shaped like a normal bolt, it's round??

Thx,
Rich

vice grips.

if worse comes to worse you can file some flat edges on and use an adjustable crescent wrench
