I'm back from my 30 day ski vacation and have put 6000 rolling miles and 3000 driving milles on the truck.
1) dragging the truck behind a motor home was easy but disconecting the drive shaft in the snow in the dark sucks
2) the truck gets pounded with stuff (road grime) all over inside the engine compartment looked as bad as the outside( clue)
3) altitude and power. I don't have the final Numbers but MPG was way up.... outside F#@%ing C.A.R.B rules on gas.
it seemed that at highr elevations going over passes I had a lot less power, I expect some, but I was down to 35 on some.. Vail pass and a few comming down from Canada.
4)driving my truck today it as sneezing through the intake and lown ind power was non existant. I cleaned the K&N no sneezing but low end power still a problem.
I have some fun shots of the truck and the only tracks for 50 miles in 1-2 feet of snow. also some fun #'s from the trip. once compiled I will give some info on MPG and better towing Ideas.
