Just got a 4runner, need some more information

Hey guys i just recently picked up this fella, but I'm having some troubles with it that I'd like to resolve fairly fast..

first thing is
1. Car shakes when braking, you can feel the car shake as well as the steering wheel shake.. Previous owner said brakes were done last September and there is a receipt to prove it, but what else but the brakes could cause this? I know the wheels might not be balanced or even balanced correctly but wouldn't the car shake at different speeds then? It only shakes when braking.
(I guess this gives me the opportunity to upgrade to tundra brakes, I just didnt want to dish out the money for this already..

2. How can I adjust the headlights? One of my headlights points higher than the other and I want to align them some, I tried messing with the screw on the backside of the headlight I see there is an upper screw/wheel that you can turn with a phillips screw driver, but which aligns what??

3. Antenna mast was broke, I looked up on instructions on how to replace it since the car came with one, but I dont ever use the am/fm radio, are there any plugs that I can buy? Does toyota have any antenna deletes I couldn't find anything..?

4. Rear door locks when you try to open it, so when the doors are unlocked the rear passenger/right door locks itself as soon as you try to open from the inside only.. any thoughts?

5. My clock stopped working lol, I pulled the whole center console off when i installed my radio, i went to put everything back and the clock doesnt work, what could be the cause of this? I read that the clocks are notorious for failing but what great timing right...

Thanks guys, I'm sure there were other things I wanted to ask but they have slipped my mind now, thanks for all the help! I'm glad to be a part of this forum now

Your rotors are probably warped which is what t4r brakes are infamous for. A couple of yrs ago, I installed new rotors and calipers on my daughter's t4r and it immediately had the death wobble - - new rotors were warped! If the wobble is not too bad, you can wait awhile before the Tundra upgrade.

You could have the rotors turned too. Not sure how much it goes for in Costa Rica but around here it's about $20 bucks to get both done.

My antenna is also broke. There is also an antenna in the rear passenger window so your radio should be fine. I put in a switch for the power antenna behind the radio so the motor doesn't spin when you turn the radio on. I've never seen a delete but it doesn't stick out too much.

There are screws to adjust the headlights. Not too bad.

No clue about the lock or the clock. Good luck with those.

Congrats on the 4runner. It's great

Thank you guys

Rotors, antenna, have been addressed. I have no clue about the lock however the clock I have experienced every time I pull the dash. There is a dummy plug that fits the harness next to the plug that actually plugs into the clock. I did it all the time until I actually dremeld the plastic off. Make sure the harness is actually plugged into the clock.

Oh man thanks for the info I'll definitely have to check that out, you guys are great. One last thing the screws for the headlight there's two per light assembly correct? One towards the top one towards the bottom what does what? I had access to the top and I messed with it and didn't really do much

Pay attention to Post #10 in that thread. The Phillips is the way to go--the FSM says the same thing. It's impossible to use a socket on the left (looking from front) without taking stuff out, too.
