ok im wrong it will fit the 3rd gen my mistake please dismiss my comment it will also fit with the hitch.

The exhaust will work with the factory hitch with no mods.

almost, it will be arriving in cali nov 8-13 then like another 4-5 days or so for it to be sent to me hopefully. Ill post picutres as soon as it gets here

He received it on the 18th. I don't think he installed it yet. They've been having very cold weather in NY.

yes i received it on the 18th got it installed this past saturday. Sorry ive been really busy and hopefully will get some pictures up tommorow. I acctually had my mech install it i couldnt get enough leverage and get at the right angle to get the two bolts off with the 4runner on the ground. Seems like there the only rusty part underneath my vehichle. Only 10 bucks to do it for me.So far I love it ill give a detailed review with pictures tommorow. Chris
