That sounds great !

But, IMHO looks horrible... It's way too big and expensive. Looks like it should be sticking out of the back of a Honda Civic. Maybe the pictures and video don't do it justice.
Woody's TRD has potential.

I agree with the poster who said they don't like to duals... I saw an '03 the other day with the Borla and I wasn't blow away (though the dual Borla's looks really cool on the Seq.)

Just my opinion.

BTW: Was a sound clip of the Borla ever posted ? I think you can now order a single muff for the 4Runner and it's only like $300.

I'm kinda with 4runner4me,
I personally don't like the cannon look on trucks/Suvs. They have been doing it for years in japan but I guess i'm just used to the good ol' chevy/ford with duals. Also, it could be me, but aren't those mufflers hanging down a bit too much. I like to keep everything up close to the bumper not only for off-road reasons (i know you aren't worried about that) but it just looks cleaner imho when its nice and tight to the bumper, otherwise it looks like some dingdong installed it and messed up. I'm sure it could be fixed with a bfh taken too the hangers, but... just an observation...

i know the cost is an issue, but i like having something different then other people and something different looking. I dont like having the same thing as the guy next to me. especially since ive been seeing my 4runner ever time i turn around. I just ordered it now its a 4 week wait. Chris

I agree, definitely want to look different...thats why i wanted the dual pipe out the rear...i love the look of it...that exhaust has a nice sound to it...i am just not a big fan of the end of it, reminds me of a civic....to each their own....good luck with it chris, let us know how you like it

This is a special order item only and is not stocked. It's shipped directly from Japan to the port in CA, then on to you. If you want something that sounds great, looks unique on your 4Runner, then this might be your thing.

It may be sexy, and I think the TRD model looks great, the exceptional throttle response because of the decreased back pressure, in my book make the mod a win win.

I've had my truck loaded inside and outside and pulled over 1200 lbs of JetSki and trailer and didn't notice any low end power loss.

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE being different too! I used to drive a 290hp volvo... I know all about being different. I also know all about extremely expensive exhausts. iPd used to have a monopoly on the Volvo aftermarket $895 for a stainless steel exhaust. Wasn't even a turbo back, just a cat-back. Oh well. ENJOY THAT EXHAUST, They will probably grow on me (not that you care, just sharing), just right now its werid to hear bluabluablua (in a good way) come out of a canister. Happy modding!!

No welding at all, it all bolts on to factory mounting locations. You can do it yourself no problem + one beer.
