It's the little things that make 'em special
Yesterday, I was washing the rig and cleaning the window. I had the keys in the ignition so I could listen to the radio. I had all the doors open and as I wiped down the interior of the driver's window, I accidentially pushed the door lock down. It popped right back up! I had to check this again, so I closed all the doors (save driver's door) and pushed the plunger down again. Popped right back up.
Another nice feature is the ability to close all the windows for about 30 secsonds after you take the key out of the ignition.
What other nice features have you found on your rig?

Yep, that has saved me a couple of times. Another nice feature that I like is that you can roll up/down the windows after you turn off the ignition as long as you don't open any of the doors.

My radio tuner select is a dial - I like turning the knob more than pressing a button. I hate that about the Fords every time I get into one at work.

"i dont know if this is factory or aftermarket but everytime i start my car the doors lock and when i turn it off they unlock. "
Yeah I think this is cool too, but everyone who tries to get in or out of my car always says "Why are your doors ALWAYS locked!!"

Rear Heater, definitely. It makes my passengers think they're riding in a luxury sedan. (Until the BF goody's hit a pot hole and their kidneys get stabbed by their rib cage).
Also, I love the plentiful places to add aftermarket switches. there's like 6 or 7.
One more: I like how the 4wd is an actual stick. The push-button domestics are so less cool.

I'd say the feature that I use the most is the ability to roll down the back window with the key...for some reason I've always loved that about the Runners!

Love the remote rear window roll down!!! So great on hot summer days.
This weekend, I went to N. central Nebraska for some camping. Had the Garmin GPS and my laptop w/Topo USA. After a day of taking ramdom roads (left here? OK!) I ended up at Calumus Res.
At the end of the eve, with camp setup, I popped the rear lift, plugged the GPS into the laptop, the laptop into the Jensen power converter, and into the rear power outlet on the passenger side. I DL'd the route into the latop to see where the hell I'd been
Computing from a lawn chair and the back of my rig is great.
