IPF lights w/ factory light switch???

My IPF foglights should be here in the am and i was wondering if they could be wired to use the factory foglight switch? It is a sliding switch like the headlights(next to headlights on limited)
any thoughts ?

The sahara bar sat in a box in the back of my shop for two and a half months before I got it painted Once i get the BL installed, I'll be able to put the acrylic trim on top.

I read the thread and thanks. Do I need to upgrade the OEM fuse w/ the stuff from ARB? OR just wire them and turn 'em on? I don't want to fry anything

They are 55W H3 bulbs just like the factory. Just install them and wire them directly up. I wired my IPF 900's up using the ARB harness and have them synchronized with my high beams. Fogs are modded to work with the running lights, dims, or brights. On bright, I have my regular lights, my fogs (switched) and my 900's (switched). Dim only has the option of the fogs. That way, I use the light stalk to change from dim to bright and the 900's will automatically come on if the switch is on.

Awwww, you two are soooo cute with your matching 4Runners.... Makes me feel all warm inside!!

The factory setup should be on a relay just like you would be adding. I had mine wired that way til one day they just decided to not work anymore. But... I guess thats what happens to a truck that has been submerged
