Interior fuse box

I have two sets of wires that end in plastic clips that are not connects to anything in my fuse box that is under the dash. I can't find anywhere to plug them in. Anyone have this also?

Well... the reason I looked is because the plug I have in the rear for towing trailers is not working correctly. and I really don't know how to chase down the wires to find if one, or all aren't working.
